Brokerage is a commission-based service that is usually paid for by the Seller upon successful completion of the transaction. The Fee is ten percent of the total purchase price of the transaction, with a minimum Fee of $15,000.


Do you already have a potential buyer lined-up? This is not uncommon. Most of the same services are still needed to assure a successful and binding transaction; but marketing and screening of buyer candidates are not required, so we offer a discount in these situations.
